Quality of life changes

I changed my GitHub username to have some more consistency accross projects from here on out. Package.json needed that updated username as to not break any links within the repo.

Expanded on the README for further clarity and instructions on new option for the scan command.

Significant Changes:

• Optional flag --to-env will add suggestions to your current .env file.
• Users may define the name of the env file: --to-env .env.local
• .env file will be created if one does not exist already in the root folder.

README updates were made for better wording and context for commands and instructions.

Quality of life improvement.

Small changes made, mainly for local dev testing.

Version change was made solely for the purpose of appeasing npmjs.com to publish the package correctly.

The initial launch of env-guardian! 🎉🎉
